Probably the easiest two things to do are to take over the counter pain medication for maintenance, with the understanding that they are just to treat pain symptoms, or you can try homeopathy, which will at least do no harm.
I've had this condition twice, and the second time I got it I was pointed toward a homeopathic medicine. I would advise you to explore homeopathy for a cure. When my niece was diagnosed with this condition last year, I have her the homeopathic remedy and it was gone within a week.
