Thanks San2006! I will try laying flat before I get up. That will probably work. As far as rebounding goes, it's one of the few things I do that improves my energy and plus it's fun, but yeah I know it's not so great for my back. I've never tried yoga, but I know it's something that would probably help me greatly. My brother-in-law is a doctor of physical therapy and he always reminds me of the importance of stretching.
