Re: Coffee Debacle
Hi JS,
the body holds onto *everything* double-time around the full moon. Even the brain holds more water, which goes a long way to explaining why some people are just waterlogged and miserable--or explosive.
That's why it's an ideal period ( a few days before) to take in lots of good things (they double or triple their good), but not to excess, and less of what might ail you.
People also get more drunk around the full moon, on less alcohol. Or they tend toward overindulgence. Same principles at work.
so, no--no coincidences with the coffee/moon connection.
Green tea has lots of antioxidant power. After the full moon, the body is also in 'releasing' mode, so it would tend to dump the acids suddenly. The green tea would then feel very medicinal, no?
could I ask you a question off-topic?
when you mixed up your Kalkwasser (love that name!) did you notice that about up to 1/3 of it doesn't dissolve, and in fact the tiny particles are bigger? Like the sort of sand you find in the bottom of a quart of celtic sea salt mix? (if you've ever seen that, maybe doing the salt water flush.)
The solution is nice and translucent milky, but it seems if you shake this up, it just stirs up the 'stones' so to speak. Is that your experience?
