Thanks for the advice and words of wisdom Somer! You rock! So now I am eating some veggies, along with the fruit juices today. My body is ready to eat! I will continue with only fruit, raw or lightly steamed veggies for the next ten days. I find it harder when i am eating compared to juicing to fight temptation to eat other things (like yummy cheese...!). But I will stick to my plan and cheese can wait.
Can I still do enemas for a few days while I am on the fruit and veggie part? Or should I just take my fibre and let things happen naturally? Thanks for all your help! Good luck with your own cleanse.
