Re: ORTHOrexia Nervosa

it's SO hard to live healthy without becoming an health nuts.

I have orthorexia to some extent, and I bet many people here on the curezone have it as well.

Raw vegans 100% with no exception are a perfect example of orthorexic behavior. They seem to think that cooked food is "evil". When I hear this "evil" approach, I strongly feel that something is going wrong. Food should not become the major focus in your life. It' s just food. It's not going to turn you into someone different ( good, or evil) than who you are.

On your path to get healthier and happier, nothing matters more than staying flexible. If you cannot stay flexible, you're going to break at some point.

EFT may help you to acquire flexibility and release emotional blockages.

Trusting your feelings an cravings is fine. Eat what appeals to you, except processed stuff , and you're going to be healthy and happy.

P.S. An Orthorexic Note: Too much fish can be dangerous for PCB exposure...
