I just read your post below asking if I had read the info on Quercitin. I've been taking it for about a month now. I've read that you have to take it for 2-4 months before it does it's "thing". It's hard to single any 1 thing out and say, Yes, that works as they are so many factors, like how acidic is my diet, am I consuming enough oil, how many times did I get in the jacuzzi (dry skin=hives), etc. So, the jury is still out on my vote on quercitin. I like the Science of it inhibiting the histamine response, so I'm hoping it works for me.
Also, I am taking Carlson Cod Live Oil per your suggestion, thanks!
