The change from eating pasta?
I really don't know why pasta, and the commercial sauce on it, plus my own additions, would improve a sore spot.
My own additions were Celtic grey salt, dried parsley and basil, and maybe some butter/coconut oil.
Perhaps there were some trace minerals or vitamins in there that helped; maybe the good veggies and proteins, etc., I ate earlier finally reached my finger...or my regular Humaworm dose (early in the day) accomplished something more...but the improvement seemed to hinge on the meal.
Maybe it was just the satisfaction of eating when hungry...who knows?
Now, I must press on the spot to make it hurt even a little. I am using the finger less, for a while.
Possibly it was some kind of a bruise, to begin with.
