Re: Calmness and good mood

Maybe it will become more and more permanent as he does two or three rounds per year.

Becoming cleaner, and detoxing, are such individual and unique experiences...likely we have different combinations of parasites, and maybe long-time feelings buried with them.

I 'reported' the other day that I felt terrific, calm and exactly where I wanted to be...improving.

Yesterday I felt 'awful'...probably the worst day of 'die-off' I've ever had...I'm sure every ache and pain I've ever felt, came back, plus some brand-new ones.

One has been developing over a few days, and flared up something wonderful yesterday afternoon.

It has been feeling like something was eating the myelin coating off of one major nerve in my most important index finger. Not only was I unable to carry cups as usual, but the tip of the finger stung a bit, then the knuckle got sore.

'Arthritis', right? But my knees haven't hurt in ages!

Or, a nice big ascaris hiding out in my finger.

I ate wonderfully yesterday...right up until suppertime, then I had a bowlful of pasta Alfredo...using a jar of store-bought sauce.

Shortly after that the finger mainly stopped hurting. Go figure!

Only the area between the knuckles hurt when pressed. I can hardly feel the 'problem' today.

Still, I believe it could be a worm, or a group of little worms, that took refuge in that digit...and died.

We don't usually write about every little stitch and phenomenon here...but I thought you'd like to know about the results from pasta.

Even our daily food, and our individual preferences, may be variable factors in cleansing.

I've often wondered if some odd character traits and behaviors could be caused by parasitic irritations.

Thanks for sharing.

My best,

Fledgling
