Which should I take first...Humaworm or MMS?

I have just recently purchased mms and humaworm. I have a systemic candida infection with possible parasite infection (my symptoms match both) which plan should i do first? or can you do both at same time? I am taking threeelac now, but I started a bad "chest" cold right after and now I am coughing up light greenish mucus. someone posted that i stop the threelac. now I don't know what to do!!!!!
I am just sick of being sick!!!!My main symptoms are: chronic vaginal itch/discharge
body rashes/overall itching
insomnia
gas/bloating
swollen ankles
fragile skin/bruises easy
sick when eat sugars/bread
brain fog/irritability
lack of sex drive
irritable bowel
leaky gut syndrome

so much information on here I can't sort it all out to know what is best......

I have been eating very well, cut out sugars,fruit,grains, potatoes, and dairy. I eat mostly organic meat and salad. I eat alot of pumpkin seeds and almonds.
I am taking ultimate flora (50 billion 10 strains) and digest gold enzymes when I eat. I am also taking fungal defense (garden of life) 4 in morning and 4 at night. not sure if I should keep taking the threelac anymore.....
any suggestions would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!
