severe bleeding ulcer

hi everyone,

I really need to know what I can do nutritionally to help my mom. She had sudden fainting from internal bleeding due to ulcer toucing a blood vessel. Please tell me what can help heal her stomach , I know Aloe , glutamine and some other things basically she has alot of healign to do but anything you can offer would help. I am so worried and upset. She had it cauterized but it began bleeding somewhat again.. I want this to heal and to help her heal. thank you so very much,
