Hello and I am very sorry to here about the lack of progress that you have made.
I don't think that any practitioner can really understand your situation without reviewing all your labs. The best advice I can give you is to find a doctor who has great knowledge of using lab work to diagnosis cases like yours. I have had many patients with your symptoms and history who turned out to have very diverse issues showing up in their lab work.
There is no quick fix or easy answer someone on an internet forum can give you as situations like your are complicated and deeply entangled.

You just need to find someone who can correctly test you and put it all together.
