Looks excellent! You should consume 3-6 cups of fresh juices daily. I make up a day's worth and keep it cold in air tight glass jars. You can drink more juice if weight loss is not an issue, or if you feel very hungry.
It's best to drink fruit juices in the am, when the body is naturally in cleansing mode, and veggies in the pm, when you are rebuilding.
Definitely continue to do a colon cleansing routine as you would for the MC, although I find the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) harsh on a long haul. I reserve it for extra cleansing about once a week, and do a daily enema otherwise, which allows me control over when/where I do my colon flush.
Continue to exercise moderately every fasting day that you feel well to assist your cleanse.
