Essential vegetables/fruits?

I recently finished a 10 day master cleanse, but it never got any easier, the lemon water/maple syrup was a real chore to down. If it wasn’t for that, I would have been able to go a lot longer. Now I’m looking at juice fasting (I want to go for 21 days), but can’t seem to find a set guideline or exactly what types of juices I should be making. I’ve found a lot of recipes, but I’m still at a loss—I want to consume about as many calories as I was on the MC, but I know little about fruits and vegetables. I was thinking about using these 4;
Cran-Apple
2 apples
1 1/4 cups of cranberries
Apple/Strawberry
3 apples
8 strawberries
Internal Body Cleanser
3 carrots
½ cucumber
½ beet with greens
Blood Regenerator
5 carrots
6 spinach leaves
4 lettuce leaves
¼ turnip
4 sprigs of parsley
Would that work? Are there any fruits/vegs I shouldn’t be using or are there some that should be used in moderation? I know excess carrots can cause orange skin... I plan to get supplies for 2-4 different drinks, and I want them to be as healthy as possible, but decent tasting (the
Master-Cleanse drink is not decent tasting!) Thanks.
