Thank you Chrisb1 and Fonty and everyone else who responded to my post.

I was happy to hear your thoughts on it as I consider you the fasting experts.

I also have come realize physicians really know very little about good health and even less on advising someone who is fasting. This is in regards to the gp etc from my last experience with low potassium. However, Candida is really something quite difficult to treat from my own experience and from those individuals who write about it. This article kind of threw. I was glad Fonty pointed out that one statement as it points to practitioners that like to generalize their formula. While the article was very informative, it still did seem to be a bit of a "sales pitch". But then again there are quite a number of qualified individuals who give information and yet promote their own sales, but this person did not have a forum.
