Re: Day27 WF: Was hoping to cure candida via water fast but...
"Fasting cannot
kill Candida! This is because even when you fast, your body must keep
a normal level of glucose (blood sugar) circulating for your brain and
muscles to work."
As usual medical
Science wallows in the backwater when it comes to fasting knowledge. The ONLY blood sugars active during a fast are what are absolutely necessary for certain organs that cannot live on ketones. Only what is needed for those organs and only very small amounts- nowhere near the normal levels! And not enough to feed your candida that's for sure. The body while fasting feeds nothing but it's own system, and only what it needs to function. Anything alien to the bodies workings does not get nourishment and will actually be devoured in it's turn.
Not only that, diet control of candida and even healing of it is not that uncommon. I know of several cases where this has been done, including my first wife. She had hypoglycemia and went on a no-sugar vegan diet with plent of raw foods and that removed the candida. No anti fungal treatments were taken at any time.
Grrr scientists. They work in isolation in their laboratories and have blinkers to what's really going on outside their doors. Or it certainly seems that way sometimes.
