Oh dear, your system has certainly been jumbled up with all these drugs..    

Okay, let's start step by step.  Yes, adrenal fatigue sounds about right, but let's see how we can address this with diet.

  All the drugs you have listed have hefty side effects, including Sudafed.  Levoquin is one of the worst.  That will create havoc with your nervous system.  Bless your heart, and your system has been further confused with clonezepam and Zoloft.  I believe Zoloft is an antidepressant.  Did they give you that to counteract the depression caused by the clonezepam? 

Tell me a little bit about your hormone imbalance.  It is possible that this is a factor in your newfound anxiety and it is possible that these meds adversely affected your already unstable hormones. 

What supplements did that pharmacist give you to take and were you taking the prescription meds at that time?  Are you taking any meds now?

Are you familiar with relaxation exercises?  These are tensing and relaxing your muscles from your toes all the way up to your head.  Set time out during the day to meditate.  There are wonderful meditation CD's that you can buy and also guided meditations on You Tube.

Exercise is very important, but do something you consider fun.  My exercise is walking at least a mile a day with my dogs.  I live out in the country and I love nature, so they have the luxury of running off to explore and then catching up with me when they are ready.  Exercise is a great stress buster and anxiety reliever.

Last but not least, stay busy.  Keep yourself occupied.  Distraction will ease those feelings of anxiety.

And with regard to all those meds you have taken, I would look up a Naturopath to help you cleanse your body and if you are taking any meds right now to transition to supplements that may help to stabilize your system.

Right now, that diet is key.  Start with that.  It will make you feel better, and then go on from there.
