anxiety

since January, I have been having trouble with anxiety attacks. It started when I had a sinus infection and was so congested that nothing homeopathic seemed to work so I resorted to taking sudefed. I had my very first anxiety attack the day I took sudefed and paced the floor the entire weekend. I went on the antibiotic levaquin and seemed fine for the next 12 days until I got a yeast infection and went ondiflucan - and then again no sleep and severe anxiety. My doctor put me on levaquin for another 10 days and this time my anxiety seemed worse.The sinus infections went away but the anxiety stayed. With it came some stange symptoms of having too much saliva in my mouth, constantly swallowing, not being able to eat or drink. The worse is not being able to sleep. When I have the anxiety my whole body seems to quiver on thei nside and I can't sit still. My doctor changed my bioidentical hormone perscription thnking that thisis being caused by a hormone imbalance. She changed in in January too but it did not help. I have never been able to take medicines without side effects. I am allergic to many antibiotics.
I usually use homeopathic or herbal remdies. I worked for a while with a compunding pharmacist who said he believed that I was suffering from adrenal fatique. I bought a lot of supplements from him. I took them for a week and my blood pressure was high, I felt like I was on speed, and thenmy skin stated turning yellow. My bath water actully turned yellow -green and I broke out in a rash. I got scared and stopped everything. I have tried an antianxiety medication called clonezempam or something like that. I took it before bed- but it made me feel tired the next day, and depressed. My daughters took me to thier nurse practioner and she put me on zoloft but it made me violently ill. I would really like to take something natural for this anxiety but I am not sure what - do you have nay suggestions? I tried PharmaGaba and it did not seem to help - but that was when I was on all the other suppplements. Can you please help me. Tweet
