i have done seven of the classic clark flushes and i think they were worth it. V says they are harsh, i say i have had much worse. getting sick when i was 16 on southern comfort and fruit punch on new years eve was harsh. ruined me on southern comfort ever since. i would do another liver flush if i could catch the timing just right.
