As an addendum to what I said, I have recently read a post where the person was mid 50s before they started to become 'symptomatic', and then tested and failed the tmau test; although I was saying what I believe to be Dr Pretis approach to enquiries over a certain age-development (read from another post). It wasn't my opinion (because I hadn't ruled it out). Maybe we can get clarification on this. I have also read of someone pass the urine test twice, and yet has 2 of the suspect genes (I believe). This is an example of why I find forums essential, but inefficient at collecting info that could be useful to us all. Also, it means I don't have to do posts which may anger people, even though the only purpose was to help us all understand the problem better.
