Yes. This IS a Support forum.

Support means SUPPORT for those who are in difficulties or needing advice; but this can only be given to the poster (in this case Lauray) if they offer a certain amount of detail.
In this case Lauray just offers a much more detailed account, which is all the better to understand where she is coming from, and offer advice for.
