Hi Lauray. It sounds like your plan is a good one but you are torturing yourself a lot. I would suggest that you shouldn't restrict your calories as much as you are trying to, by doing that you are encouraging your body to scream out for more. It will also keep you from wanting to fast because your body will always be wanting for more not less. Eat a good solid day's raw food and it won't be many days before you will want a break from eating trust me.
