I asked my dr about your problem and he said he is seeing more and more young males with this problem. He attributes it to all the poisons in the environment with estrogen-like effects; pesticides, plastics -especially the type used in water bottles- and many others.
I believe you said you are living in a korean household; is there much soy used? Soy contains phyto-estrogens which mimic estrogen. Although soy is considered a benevolent substance with positive estrogen-like qualities (in comparison to the poisons and plastics), I might try stopping it temporarily to see if there is any change.
Only a blood test can tell for sure if you're estrogen-rich/testosterone-low or what. Also, there is a blood test for candida.
