Re: My eczema getting better

I did order some kefir myself, as someone had posted positive results after taking it, but it never turned up in the end so I'm not sure how acidophilus would compare, but I guess it's bacteria at the end of the day. I just use my local health food's more expensive option, which is Solgar multi-acidophilus powder. It's about £18 but lasts for ages. I was taking himalayan salt daily, but have got out of the habit now so it's less regular, but I know that's good for mineralising. Haven't tried the brewer's yeast either, although I have gone through some strange things! I'm eating raw honey, lots of fruit and a little bit of actual Sugar now too, so I think if it's a yeast problem you have, it's maybe more effective to take lots of bacteria than to abstain from Sugar completely, which is a bit soul destroying frankly! And I think there's more good in fruit than harm.
You absolutely must get the Udo's though - you'll prob pick it up at your local independent health store. I think that's one of the keys to my recovery, as well as the zinc and B6. Skin's not perfect yet, but that may be because I'm so chuffed with not itching and flaking that I'm being a bit naughty. I realise this must stop if I'm to cure myself completely. But I'm glad to be out of the freaking out trap, of feeling that I must order absolutely everything herbal that's recommended on curezone and feeling so guilty if I have so much as a fully cooked meal!
