Re: Organic? Non GMO Soy Question
The post by unyquity sums it up pretty good. The two main reasons I don't like it are: it slows thyroid function and mimics hormones, especially estrogen. The reason the kids are growing so much bigger these days is a direct result of soybeans mimicing estrogen.
Nattokinase comes from fermented soy. The fermentation process changes the whole ball game. There are several recipes for Natto on the Internet if you want to make up your own. It's pretty involved and doesn't taste good so people just go with the nattokinase. I get mine from Allergy Research Group. I don't take it personally, don't need it, but anyone with so-called heart problems I highly recommend it until we can get the liver on line, the colon on line and the parasites gone. It does a great job at normalizing fibrinogen in the blood. That's the stuff that makes the blood too thick.
They start with raw unprocessed soy and put it through the fermentation process. What that actually does to the soy I don't know, but I know the fermented soy keeps the arteries clean. So obviously all the bad stuff in soy is neutralized or outright eliminated by the fermentation process. Of course it's not going to do any good to clean the arteries without eliminating what caused the arteries to get clogged up in the first place and that is liver and colon.
So it all ties together.
The post by dsr below on the Vietnam question post has some intersting data on GMO foods and what the real purpose is. Click on the link he provides. It's a little lengthy but well worth the view.
