I've spent 25 min in the dry sauna today. You said I should not do anything HOT (as in baths), as increases inflammation - makes perfect sense. Today, I just ejoyed the sauna so much; although I was planning on 10 min initially, I spent 25 min in there (dreaming I was on a hot Caribbean beach...) Have I undone the good work of the past 5 weeks or so???....
