The chicken or the egg?
Hi, Doc :-) !!!
Update on my situation:
I've been seeing my new Chiro, twice a week for the first 3 weeks, once a week for 2 weeks; shall be seeing her again tomorrow: for the 15 months-long, annoying most times and occasionally aggravating sciatic nerve pain on my left side. Last time I saw her (last Tuesday) she suggested I went back to the gym and do my regular routine, albeit lightly.
I did so today only (no time last week) and feel absolutely great/elated. The pain that has been pestering me for sooooooo long is 99% GONE - and I credit YOU and your forum for enabling me to muster the courage to see a Chiropractor about this! You have NO idea how many blessings I've sent YOUR way for helping me take this HUGE step, it's really a MIRACLE for me!
Well... I feel AWESOME!!! I was very careful, but able, nonetheless, to do 25 min on the elliptical, then some strength training head to toe, 10-15lbs lighter than my usual, and less reps: 12, rather than 15. So far, I feel GREAT. I don't know what a night's rest will do for me/the pain or lack of thereof - but hope I'll be fine - I'll be able to tell tomorrow.
I HAVE NOT SET FOOT IN THE GYM IN 4 MONTHS!!!! YOU are AMAZING, Dr. Sutter!
I am so grateful, I'm weeping right now! God Bless YOU!
So, what came first: the chicken or the egg?
The C2 or a Toxic Liver????
It seems to me, that her biggest issue is not necessarily my left hip (she says it's stuck sometimes/most times, and that's what caused the sciatic pain down my left leg - and also, that my right hip tried to compensate for the lack of movement in the left hip, and that's the cause of the diffuse pain I've been feeling in my right hip and just above it), BUT the C2!
I've done my 48th flush this Fri/Sat(I have to check my records, but off the top of my head, it's been the 48th). Got some stuff out, will post in teh liver flush forum ASAP, along with pictures. I'm working, working, working, WORKING (rather quietly) on this. BUT, I'd really like to see the END of this process!
Thank YOU, Thank YOU, Thank YOU, Dr. Sutter!!!!!
