Ring worm - Does not want to leave

I have two spots under my chin for a month now. These spot keep growing. I have tried everything...cortaid, h2o2, olive oil, mullein oil, ACV, ACV with turmeric and mustard powder. The last one helped the most and the fastest, but it comes back in a day.

Is there anything else I can do. I do not want to got to see a dermatologist.
