No he didn't give me a sheet of paper because we were in a hurry as my son and I had a coach to catch right after the removal back to Devon. I understood that he was telling me onions etc have mercury in them but still don't know why.

I can eat chicken because I'm in a rural area with lots of local farms and I found out that the butchers that sells the chicken and eggs supplies ones that haven't been fed any fish products so I'm over the moon about that! Just need to find out about the onions etc. I buy from an organic market so need to ask but what actually puts the mercury in them?

Have you been using Environ capsules from Hesham?

I was but am now trying Chlorella and fresh corriander until Marcia can send me some more Environ.

Are you improving yet?

I feel worse since taking Chlorella the past three days, not sure if it's them though. Tweet
