Chelating and confused!
I've been chelating since January and feel a bit like I'm drowning. I've been tackling Candida for nearly two years and got to the stage where I felt I pretty much knew what I was doing but this is like starting all over again!
I was taking multi-nutrients, magnesium and zinc but read somewhere not to, I can't recall why, my memory's not good. But I just read here that we really need minerals and that someone's taking magnesium. What do I do?
Could someone just give me a run down on the basics?
Oh and I'm allergic to a lot of things and the Candida diets very restrictive so there's not a great deal I can eat and I'm skinny and underweight. Now my mercury free dentist's saying I have to cut out chicken and eggs, which are a big part of my diet because I can't eat pork or beef (it hurts my sensitive gums) and lamb is so expensive. I asked him if I found a local farmer that doesn't feed the chickens with any fish products will it be ok but he hasn't answered.
I was also told by the mercury free dentist to not eat garlic, onions and spring onions but that all other veg are ok but he didn't expain why. Does anyone know?
