No cookies or any processed food.The fish oils should be OK but since I have no experience using them perhaps it would be better not to use them for the first week.
Sugar takes more than it gives the body if over used.Try Stevia or unsulphured molasses as part of the sweeteners.Kefer or low fat milk yogurt and soy or skim milk should be fine to drink.When using steamed vegetables,drink the water in the upper basket of the steamer or pot they are cooked in.If the previous diet was processed foods,it will take a short time for the colon to adjust to the fresh cooked food diet.
