If it's thinning on top and in the front it's probably male pattern baldness. You need DHT inhibitors. Procerin is a good one. It has stopped my hair loss with some regrowth. I have been losing hair slowly for 20 years. The sooner you start the better the chances of total regrowth as more hair follicles will still be alive.

Just get the pills without the serum. The serum is greasy.

Recently I have started using these Nissim hair products and my hair seems to be getting thicker. I use the shampoo, conditioner and the extract. Makes the hair look great without any greasy look. The extract is expensive but is a lot less on this site.
