Thank you for pointing that out Alikat.  The good news is that I caught the other stuff.  Somehow missed the pan.  Multitasking.

In my own cooking at home I am very careful, and yes, I see where this is misleading to many.  I will be more careful. 

However, If I do slip up, please do let me know.
