Hi Luella!! I love reading your recipes and yet I have never actally posted anythng after I read, so I hope you won't take my suggestion as a criticism. :-( But I notice that on this recipe it instructs the use of a 'no-stick' pan. I personally believe that all non stick cookware is extremely toxic, and so I have discarded all of them and replaced with Stainless Steel, glass and porcelain. Actually, I was still keeping one small frying pan around for omelets and such, and then I got my beautiful cockatiels and read that they could die by being in the same room where non-stick items were being used. Well, if that didn't convice me once and for all!!!!More
