black mold?? i really need some advice.

i am moving out of my house on monday the 31st. a friend
of mine and his family found out about 2 months ago that
they had black mold in their house so now they have to
move. everything worked out so that they can move into my
current house as i move out.....
so they will be bringing their stuff in to my now house
while things of mine are still here, and i'm a little bit
scared. should i be? am i making to much of the situation
in my mind or is there reason to be concerned about cross
contamination??? i my-self have asthma, as does my 8 yr
old son, and my daughter has health problems as well....
any advice at all would be appreciated!!!!
