Unfortunately, there's no way to stop it. IP spoofing and cloaking is as easy as creating a new alias. I never really understood all the suggestions and complaints to big D for the MODs to have better tools to "clean house". There really isn't anything he can do short of creating secured forums. Other attempts may mitigate, but ultimately it is futile in a public environment (in my opinion). We either have to deal or go private. Hope you stick around.
