Also--As far as Iodine for killing candida, I would say do some research in the Iodine forum. I have read much about iodine, but when I asked my Naturopath about using it to assist my thyroid, he said Lugol's was "too strong." You can take some kelp tabs to get some iodine--my ND said 3-4 a day would be OK.
