Re: Acid or Alkaline water for Sprouting?

Hi,

Are you using food grade H2O2? Then, could you pls advise where I can order it?

I'm not sure if I can use the drug store variety(stabilized 3%) to soak seeds. Maybe that's not so good because of chemical stabilizers.

These days I'm trying to sprout Broccoli. But Broccoli seeds seem so very slow to sprout and also very difficult to de-hull. I started my first batch using Easy Sprouter about a week ago, but roots are still very tiny today and some turn purplish. I bought organic broccoli seeds from sprouthouse.com, but there're a lot of seeds at the bottom still not germinating.

I'm not so sure what I'm doing wrong with broccoli. I Fenugreek and Red Clover fine.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
