There are a number of mutations that affect phosphotransferases, there is nothing new or very revealing about this. Kinase mutations can cause a variety of diseases the one you've most likely heard of is leukemia. The most current research includes problems with NCAMs - cell adhesion molecules.
But again it is not a vaccination that can cause this, nothing we know of can cause the same mutation in every cell of the body. The only way for this to happen is before by inheriting these genes from the parents.
There is no evidence that vaccine can trigger autism disorders and any honest review of the science indicates that these problems happen long before the child is ever born. The scenario you paint has never been observed nor does it fit our mechanistic understanding of the disease.
