Cat still has diarrhea question

Luke has still got kind of runny stool and the odor of it is worse. CS does improve his pep but I was hoping it would also stop the stool issue of his, that he may have gotten from squirrel or bird droppings in the back yard. I was thinking of taking him to the vet but decided to ask here first and see if this is something I can fix for him.

Any idea what I can do about this? Maybe I just need to give him 3-4 good 3 ml doses of 15 PPM CS daily. I've only given him 1-2 daily or so.
