my 3 year olds terrable breath

my little guy has terrible breath...he often when returning from his father whom I share custody with is constipated but eventually moves them which often is a terrible slime and looks like tar. HIS BREATH IS AWEFUL!!!!constant brushing of the tongue or yogurts to help his tummy are not working...help!!!! Tweet
