The first filling I had removed with no protection. All my symptoms went crazy for over 6 months, made my life a misery. The remaining 7 Amalgams I had removed WITH protection in 4 sittings, removal per quadrant. Didn't hurt as much as that first removal, but it still hurt good enough.

After each safe removal (per quadrant) all my symptoms went crazy for 4 days then I recovered a bit for 3 days. Then the crazy symptoms repeated again on the 7th day after removal, again with more crazy symptoms. Then again on the 14th day after removal and then again on the 21st day after removal. On each occasion the symptoms where slightly less server until approx 1 month after that dental visit I was back to being healthy enough to get the next quadrant done. So….each Amalgam removal took 1 month to recover from.

This reoccurrence of symptoms 7/14/21 days after the dental visit is what Cutler calls the 7 day body immune cycle.

I had 5 Amalgam removal appointments last year …. I estimate that I had at least 130 days last year when I felt so so bad.......like run over by a truck bad. The remainder of the time I was recovering. Last year was a very difficult year for me. After much hard work I am getting better now, although I still have a long way to go. Prolly 1.5-2 years of chelation. I am 4.5 months alamgam free now and i continue to heal and i continue to get better.

I had a hair test to test for mercury 6 months after that first nightmare removal and my test was ultra high mercury toxic.
