as a veteran of 12 amalgams, i can speak to this with great authority.

you dont need anything but all of the Amalgam taken out as soon as possible by whatever means available. then you have a chance. then you can start rebuilding your health through natural means, cleansing and supplementing the things you need. but mostly a person doesnt need more in them(with a few exceptions), they need the bad stuff out of them. all disease is constipation. you must restore full flow of nerves, lymph, blood, feces, urine, hormones, etc, but it aint gonna happen with mercury in you.

btw, your hair test may come back normal for mercury. it is the long term exposure and storage of mercury on a 24/7 basis that got you where you are at. the hair only shows what has been in serum while it was growing, therefore it only shows current exposure levels. it is for the most part, and especially without chelation for a period of time prior, a worthless test.

concentrate on getting the fillings out and restoring circulation and elimination so that you can expell the offending substance for good. until then, you are bailing a sinking ship. Tweet
