I just dont have all the questions. Or at least the right questions.

My understanding is the wife with no prenuptial agreement just acquires the husbands property. Since she was a part owner there is no tax or transfer. If the husband tried to make a will cutting her off it would not work. But I am not an expert on the subject.

It is a strange world where I live, halfway between the gutter and the stars. You speak of the greater wrong of the right. I speak of the logic of socialism.

It does seem as if everything appears as a dichotomy. If you feed all the poor you end starving. If you dont feed them they die and you failed. There is no way you can be fair to everyone. Somebody gets shafted,either the rich or the poor.From a rich persons point of view socialism is the ability to enslave everyone other than the rich. So if your not rich you are already their slave you just dont know it,they can tax your money while they get exemptions,they can draft you and send you to war while their kids go to private schools.


How old are you? If your about 20 I would start planing for a very different world.
