"""The basic reaction is "what business is of yours what the deceased does with their earned income" To that you have really no reply of merit."""

The dead can not do anything with their money. They are dead. This is a bizarre Republican predatory concept that they live on in their money. Much like life begins at conception, ends at birth, then begins again after death. It is really nauseating. It is as if the money itself is alive and therefore has rights, which is Demonic or Satanic. Perhaps this is what 2Sirius finds repugnant in those with great historical fortunes and power.

Where wealth is hereditary power is hereditary-John LOcke

You have no argument to counter this. And we all know power corrupts.

""the rich would just give away the money, land, and business to their heirs while alive.""
If the government can track the money 200 million poor folks owe down to the last penny then they can track the fortunes of 20,000 super rich people. And there is a mechanism to prevent people from giving their money away. Its called the gift tax. If the people right the tax laws and not the rich people they will be a lot fairer to the majority.

Why is it that a rich man such as MtnnDeww doesnt know of the gift tax. Republicans are predators, and thus they identify with predators even when they dont have the opportunity to predate on anything living or dead.
