I just couldn't really see my myself leaving this forum without replying to your post. At first, I found Fritz Springmeier's cynically objective commentary on how Christianity is practiced in this world strangely attractive, and then I understood why. My conscience is 'cheering him on' so that I can also mourn for the people. Even though my sense of sadness has been almost completely destroyed by life, I still possess the ability to be utterly disgusted about humanity's bloodlust for itself (at the risk of being incredibly cynical and judgemental). I've always suspected that there was more Christian behavior outside of Christianity than inside (don't repeat that to anyone, it's a secret).
Now that Admiral Fallon is gone, it looks like Obama is going to eventually get his wish of war with Iran, and the christian club of Washington (Bush) is eventually going to send them some "nukular" missles.
Even though logic is irrelevant (the U.S. military is already stretched thin around the world), any promises of troop withdrawal seem unlikely (will the draft return?).
