Hi sofia,

Protein acts as the Electricity, like when you have a light bulb!

If you have a light bulb but no electricity, then you get no Light!

Now you have a light bulb that says it needs 120 volts of electricity for it to work on, what do you think may happen "IF" you feed it 1000 volts of electricity?

Is it possible that it may "BURN" up?

Also if you have a light bulb for a powerful spot light which may require 1000 volts, and you only feed it with 10 volts, do you suppose it may not give you the spot light effect?

So Protein is much the same, and it's make up may determine how it may react in a persons body, and as everyone may have different capacities to handle different Energy flows because of their Genetics and or what kind of a Diet they may have been eating, which may or may not have provided enough Alkaline Minerals or Complexed Carbohydrates and Natural Oils and Fats, then any number of different possibilities may exist!

The vegetables amount of Protein and what kind along with the make up of the vegetables Carbohydrate make up and Alkaline Mineral make up may all factor into the equation!

So one may not say that this is so or that is so, as a flat across the board statement of being the Truth, for we have too many variables to consider!
