Personally I think you'd end up losing more weight that way for a couple of reasons.
1) When you fast, your body goes into a minimal fuel burning mode - to prevent possible starvation. So juice along with the raw meal would probably signal that not to start at all; and even more importantly
2) The diet would be so easy to maintain and relatively pain free that you would undoubtedly do it more often. I could see doing this even a couple times a week. After your body adjusted, I doubt you'd be anything more than minimally hungry. I'm fasting today (with only carrot juice), it's about 9 PM and I've only had a couple brief pangs all day. OK and I'm a fairly large framed somewhat overweight male that likes his food (and protein).
Looking to go raw myself though. Rawvolution just came in the male today courtesy of Amazon.com. Keep it up - I think it's a great way to go.
