Day 4 - Muscle Pain - Any Oils or Creams you can suggest?
Hey there ... Well, this is definately a first for me. This is my 5th cleanse and I'm on day 4. Starting around late day 2 I start experiencing some mild pain in thigh area. It was the worst last night when I was trying to get some sleep. It kept me up for awhile. It's not horrible pain, but it's just very uncomfortable when I try to finally lay down to rest.
Physically, I have done some light jogging and walking, but nothing too hard core. (I didn't have time for a real work out today, just running around doing lots of errands though) Also, I normally do weights but I have been giving that a rest during this cleanse time. Up until today, I don't think I was drinking enough water, which could have something to do with it, so today I have been trying to balance
oz for
oz water and lemonade drink. I think that is helping and it has pushed out a lot more gunk than normal. But, I still have the pain, and I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to rub any kind of natural oil or anything on it to help settle it down.
I have also heard of the blackstrap molassas. I'll do anything to avoid drinking that, but if that is the only thing, I 'll do it.
Any suggestions?
Other than that, I'm doing great. The days are going by lightening fast!
