Constant Nagging Cough:

Anyone ever hear of or get a Constant nagging Dry Cough(with mucous spitup in the am)from their high blood pressure medication...friend of mine has had this for several years and the Conventional Dr thinks it may be linked to his High Blood Pressure meds(he is borderline and only takes a small amount) or maybe Acid Reflux(which he doesn't think it is) any ideas??Thank you.
