I am sorry I did not see this sooner. When my brother was born, he was, in fact, allergic to water. My mother had to bathe him with baby oil. Of course that was a lot of years ago, and I certainly would not suggest baby oil, but I think you could try any good pure oil for several days and see what happens.

If you remember, I have recommended you up your oil internally, as I thought it would help you.
